hotelradio.fm™ is an extremely stable music streaming service. Nevertheless, it can happen that you experience technical problems when receiving our music. In such cases you can always count on our support.

We offer you various support services:

Support packages

With the support packages “Silver” and “Gold” we offer you two carefree solutions for your service. You decide how much support credit you would like to purchase for one year and receive excellent and discounted support services.

Silver

5 hours support credit per calendar year

CHF 800.00

+ V.A.T.

Gold

10 hours support credit per calendar year

CHF 1500.00

+ V.A.T.

The first 15 or 30 minutes per year (12 months) are free and are not deducted from the support credit

Personal contact via telephone or e-mail possible

Support via remote desktop (TeamViewer), telephone, e-mail or at your location*.

* excl. driving expenses

Within 24h (weekdays) replacement of the receiver unit supplied by DMD2, if necessary

On request network or error analysis with infrastructure partners

Per-call support

If you do not wish to book a support package and the support case is not a DMD2 fault, support will be charged by default on an hourly rate of CHF 180.00 plus VAT. A necessary replacement of the receiver is possible within 48 to 72 hours. If you are billed on a time and material basis, the first few minutes of support are also free of charge. These are included in the subscription to your audio service.
